It is only possibility to fill up personal account in the service is direct bank wire transfer to account of the service, i.e. onto your personal sub-account. It is not so well, but it is not mortal. Sure, it would be more convenient with cards.
You don't need to transfer money onto your personal account for collecting income in a service, because it works for that purpose as well.
Well, as I understand, there will be no problems with funding the account for money which will be transferred, for example, for telecommuting work in the programming, languages translations, etc.

How to purchase here?

Basically here are two methods and some versions: without use of the mortgage deposit (escrow) and with use of it; from registered users of the service or any e-shop, etc.

1. You make the simple announcement in a service where you describe in detail the goods, price, delivery terms, other description, well in common all that is necessary. You can just look at provided form for details. Don't forget to indicate correctly parameter "Buy" in the form, and further simply you wait, in hope, that someone from visitors will offer what you want or will offer replacement. Such method has pluses and minuses.

If you hurry up, then you must action to do. How?

You need to create Purchase Request and send it to potential sellers by E-mail. There are two possibilities here:
1. Send by E-mail the message with links on your request: just click on envelope image in the list of your requests or offers.
It is possible to send to everybody and as much as necessary and you don't need any funding of the personal account in the service for these actions! Note, that those messages will be sent from your computer through your E-mail client. The E-mail message contains links with your ref. number and suitable for earning referrals. If someone will be registered with that ref., it is your additional income. It is especially good, if it will be possible to interest some e-store (look section about payment gateway).

2. There is more suitable method "to involve" some e-store for those who has decided to purchase any stuff and already has filled up the personal account. If the seller rejected your order, i.e. pressed "Cancel" button, money will be returned back automatically.

If during the order creation process you have specified an option to use the escrow, the recipient of the E-mail message (i.e. the seller) will not receive money before you will not be satisfied. The seller needs to satisfy all your conditions that you have set during the order creation: terms of the beginning of dispatch, time for preparation, shipping of the goods, delivery time and an inspection period. You have possibility to discuss the price and delivery terms with the seller.

Why it would be quite good "to involve" a store?

Just look at rules of the partnership program. They pay a commission now 1 % from the total value of purchases and sales that are done by clients involved by you. It means, that if the store will be registered and will open account in a service as your referral, hereafter all his buyers, which will use a service for accounts with this store (trough a payment gateway), will work for your income too and pay to you of 1 % from the purchases!!! Plus, in the real life store is not one person, there are command, which will work for involving buyers.
One payment is not enough for "involving" of stores. They need to use payment gateway option.

Is it good to use Payment Gateway for store?

I think, yes. It depends from what store and were it located.
The fee for using of a gateway is 2 % from the complete deals. That is quite competitive offer, even in comparison with card billings. There are no any charges for registering in the service. There are no any software charges or prepayments!

If visitors use the escrow options, warehouses reduce stocks. Here need to pay to the supplier it only for paid stuff through the escrow. Seller can see the money but don't catch them before shipping stuff to buyer, and the buyer has already paid, that is, has shown on the pages of site. It would be better to gain safety buyers and increase trust. It would be nice offer for buyer's rights.

Some words about chargeback.

Visa and Master Card announce the program reducing fraud in a network payments, named as "Verified by Visa" (www.verifiedbyvisa.com) and "Master Card Secure Code") which will reduce cardholder's fraud and shift more responsibility to holders. But what for cases when the buyer has not received the goods? The unique decision - do not give money to the seller until you will not receive and verify the goods by use escrow of course.
Nothing prevents to offer fro buyers as an alternative (second) method of payment for purchases even if there has a possibility buyers cards processing. There will be one more button "Purchase" about a picture of the goods. Without processing cards, their payment gateway can seem uninviting that to the buyer who will press the button "to purchase" on a site of the shop connected to their gateway, will be come to be registered and fill up the personal account in a service before he can really pay the goods. Agree many efforts in comparison with the card event. Other if the shop does not have card processing, yet!

3. If in their base yes that you want?

All of needed for that is enough money at account for transfer and e-mail address of the recipient. There is 1 US dollar fee from the sender!
All external payments in service are executed as the international wire transfer and have cost 20 US dollars, it is necessary to know BIC (Bank Identification Code) a payee's bank, it is necessary.
Plastic cards are not approved for payment yet for filling personal account in service.
